Conceived as the tallest hybrid timber-and-steel tower in the world, the project blends advanced engineering, extreme sustainability, and a new model of workplace for global technology teams.

Project Overview
Rising more than 40 stories, Atlassian Tower introduces a high-performance hybrid structure that pairs mass timber with a structural steel frame, dramatically reducing the building’s carbon footprint. The tower is envisioned as a vertical ecosystem for collaboration and innovation, featuring open floorplates, sky gardens, social zones, engineering spaces, amenities, and direct connectivity to Sydney’s largest transit hub.
As the centerpiece of Sydney’s Tech Central district, the tower sets a new benchmark for engineering ambition, sustainability, and workplace experience.
